Assists with administrative functions of Division as it relates to business development and physician recruitment initiatives
1.Provides assistance and administrative support to the Business Development and Physician Relations Division, including projects related to business development and physician recruitment initiatives.
2.Works on contracts and due diligence as needed by Division.
3.Coordinates and manages recruitment logistics, including site visits for candidates and staff as needed.
4.Oversees ad placements, ad buys, and ad maintenance as needed for open positions, as well as tracking of such placements.
5.Assists with expense tracking and invoicing for payments as it relates to advertising, logistic costs and other expenses.
Complexity of Work: Required critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Education: Associate's degree is required.
Required Work Experience: At least 2 years in business development, physician recruitment, marketing/advertising or related field.
