Job Description

As a member of the Physician and Faculty recruitment team for the Wexner Medical Center and The Ohio State College of Medicine, the recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to successfully recruit physicians, researchers, PhD's and healthcare faculty. Working closely with department leaders and administration, the recruiter will gain understanding of the business and its strategic goals. The recruiter will partner with the departments to execute short-term and long-term recruitment initiatives, lead sourcing efforts and complete the in-system hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in physician, research, PhD and/or faculty recruitment. Proficiency with comprehensive applicant tracking and sourcing systems.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to successfully multitask with attention to detail. Experience recruiting in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Outstanding organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization.
