This position is responsible for supporting the GHVHS Medical Group Executive Director, the physician employment enterprise, and the leaders and staff therein by providing physician recruitment, retention, and on -boarding at both ORMG and CRMG. This individual will work to identify and recruit physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as directed, to meet physician program needs as identified by the Executive Director and other GHVHS Leaders.
Minimum Education: B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum Experience: A collaboration minimum of 5 years experience in physician recruiting, physician practice management, human resources, or a combination thereof. An expert level of knowledge in full physician recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence. Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system. Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership. Knowledge of physician office practice operations. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selections.
