Location: HYBRID ROLE/ Office Located in Springfrield PA 19064 The Physician and Advanced Practice Recruiter is responsible for the successful full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners to support growth of the Crozer#Health Medical Group.
This includes but is not limited to sourcing, screening, recruitment, coordinating of interviews and site visits, negotiating employment offers, managing various recruitment projects, onboarding, participation in resident education and in orientation and retention efforts. Attract candidates that support the Crozer Health System through impractful recruitment marketing collateral. Maintains all required documentation regarding the search for each position, including records regarding expenses and logs regarding candidates, their travel, meals, lodging and relocation expenses.
Serves as primary point of contact for all internal consumers and outside search firms and coordinates the engagements among and between each. Assists in the coordination of the physician/provider onboarding process working closely with Human Resources team members. Responsible for physician and advanced practitioner recruitment sourcing strategies, including researching and utilizing appropriate print and digital media, and attending state and national conferences to identify candidates.
Coordinates the new physician and advanced practitioners orientation program. Serves as secondary point of responsibility for ensuring that newly reruited physicians are compliant with pre-employment requirements dictated by Finance, Human Resources, Medical Staff, Risk Managements and others. Initiates employment contract requests, ensures completion and execution prior to hire date.
Assists in the coordination of interview site visits, tours and accomodations, extends final hire offers based on compensation plans and maintains close contact with internal stakeholders and candidates. Maintains working knowledge of physician employment agreements by working with Chief Executive Officer and Human Resources to ensure that compensation, relocation, benefits, payroll and other functions are fulfilled as agreed. Education and Training:## Bachelor#s Degree in Health Administration or a related field required.
Experience and Knowledge: Physician Recruitment Experience Required. Registration, Licensure and/or Certification: # AAPPR certification preferred. Valid driver#s license required.
