The Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is looking for a provider onboarding coordinator to join our Integration team!

The Onboarding Coordinator will be a key administrative facilitator for all new providers to the THMA Medical Group. Primary responsibilities will include administrative support of provider contracts, credentialing, and onboarding.

• Coordinates provider contracting and onboarding process.

• Serves as a liaison to legal and compliance departments to assure all documents are correctly executed and necessary documentation is on file.

• Collaborates with medical staff office and payer credentialing to ensure on-time onboarding

• Interfaces with physicians and physician advisors as necessary to complete due diligence and credentialing.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma required; Bachelors Degree Preferred

• 3-5 years progressive experience in healthcare with strong project management skills

• Experience working with management and physicians/advanced practice providers

• Experience working with onboarding, recruiting, and/or contracting
