Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks a Physician for a part-time consulting role.
This position will provide medical subject matter expertise for a quality assurance program which will help ensure Indiana citizens who have developmental disabilities realize optimal health care outcomes and receive high quality publicly-funded home and community based services.
In this limited consulting role, you will receive requests to provide your expertise and services on an as needed basis and be asked to conduct mortality reviews in collaboration with members of Liberty Healthcare's Mortality Review Committee.
You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed to practice Medicine in Indiana you're Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine or Pathology. Formal involvement with medical peer review, quality assurance, morbidity / mortality review activities is preferred. Experience providing medical care to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
