• 30% Office Gyn, 20% Surgical Gyn Physicians in Practice: 9 OB/GYNs; 4 Mid-Levels Support Staff: 9 MAs, 6 RNs, 11 PCC, 4 PSR Duties: - L&D/Ante & Postpartum, Urgent GYN surgeries. Required Procedures: - Low & High risk Pregnancy, FHR interpretation-NST/CST/FSE; Level I/Screening (viability)

• Routine delivery, Complicated delivery

• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

• Surgical gynecology: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only-tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic)-ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs.
