Physician- Neonatologist

TidalHealth in Salisbury, MD is seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist to join the team.

We are looking for a dedicated, caring neonatologist to provide medical care for premature and critically ill newborn infants and well newborns. The neonatologist will work in the Special Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery, along with pediatricians, lactation consultants, patient care management, and dieticians, to ensure newborns receive the nutrition and treatment necessary for growth and healing.

You will provide care for premature neonates, neonates with complex illnesses and newborns in the newborn nursery. The Special Care Nursery in accordance with the perinatal standards can care for neonates that are 32 weeks and 1500 grams. At Tidalhealth we delivered over two thousand births last year.

This position works one week (7 days) on with 14 days off immediately after. The support of an experienced Nurse Practioner is offered for first call spanning 40 hours of the week. First call is not required to be in house.
