Medical Director needed in Willimantic, CT.

This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable community-based health practice.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Scale: $230,375+
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Bilingual Stipend (for verified Spanish language fluency): $5,000
• Health Insurance – Employers Pays 70% (Around $80 Per Pay Period)

• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match
• Student Loan Repayment -Eligible for $50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in response to changing clinical or administrative environments.
• Medical Director role is 20% admin. & 80% clinical

Requirements

• Experience in Ambulatory primary care setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear and active M.D. or D.O. license in Connecticut
• Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician residency trained from an accredited institution
• Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
