• Start date will be December 2024/January 2025 - Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral for hospitalization when necessary

• Stresses the importance of preventive health care measures

• Confers with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and their families concerning appropriate treatment and care
