• 4:30 PM Employed Call Schedule: 1:5 weeks Rotated Loan Repayment Compensation: - $185,000 - $220,000 based on experience Benefits: - 100% of premiums covered for Health plans

• Will work directly with the Chief Medical Officer on a day-to-day basis

• Provider in this role will be directly on a pathway to taking over at CMO in the near future

• 3 days seeing patients/2 days admin duties

• Responsible for maintaining an active clinical practice in the specialty area that the individual is overseeing

• Recruits, hires, directs, evaluates, and coordinates the professional activities of the paid and volunteer medical, dental, and other health care staff providing outpatient services

• Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator

• Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care QUALIFICATIONS:

• PA license REQUIRED

• Experience in a community health setting REQUIRED
