• Salary range is $275k to $323k DOE - Quarterly bonus on top of salary (quality and production) - 24 ppd in clinic

• Level II Maternity Services so extreme high risk is transferred out

• 100% Outpatient

• Call was built with work/life balance as the main priority. They have 4 OBGs plus 12 Midwives here and then they also share call with the local hospital's entire group of OBGs
