He/she shall demonstrate leadership qualities, serve as a role model, and actively participate in development and revision of policies and procedures, evidence based protocols/ordersets, and quality/performance improvement projects.
Fulfill their responsibilities, including effective communication, flexibility, attention to detail, initiative, cooperation, and a high level of knowledge and skills applicable to their area of practice. He/she will regularly participate in interdisciplinary rounds/meetings, profile orders for medications, monitor patient's on medical staff approved policies and protocols including nutrition support. He/she will provide information regarding patients conditions both formal and informal settings to healthcare providers, residents, staff, patients, and families. They will exhibit a profound commitment to the advancement of the profession of medical doctor through continued self-monitoring and development of their own performance.
Bachelor's and Doctorate degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge of hospital based information system, reporting features, and Microsoft Office. Current Physician License in the State of Florida
