Collaborates and works effectively with other providers and staff to provide effective team based medical care. Follows proper organizational communication lines to address matters pertaining to job functions including proper reporting relationships Work Contact Group (Internal/External) # Reporting Relationships Reports to (position): Lead Physician of the Medical Practice Supervises (position(s): None Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Medical Degree: MD or DO OR Graduate Degree to fulfill current regulatory requirements to function as a mid-level provider. Preferred: None Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Residency and or fellowship training completion required by specialty or appropriate Mid-Level training Preferred: None License, Registry or Certification: Required: New Jersey Medical License; Board Certification or Board Eligibility in requisite specialty or appropriate mid-level New Jersey state license equivalent. Preferred: None Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Strong Medical Knowledge Base in requisite specialty, Interpersonal skills and management ability provide patient care. Preferred: Previous practice experience
