Position Summary:

Manages and provides acute, chronic, preventive, curative and rehabilitative medical care to patients and determines appropriate regimen in specialized areas such as family practice, internal medicine and geriatrics with experience in transitions of care, chronic disease, advanced goals of care discussion and palliative management.

We also are also expanding our programs and are interested in Specialty Physicians: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric, OBGYN and Pediatrics

Position Requirements:

Education Required (Minimum level of education): Graduate from accredited school of Medicine

Certifications/Licenses Required: Current CA MD or DO and DEA license. CPR/BLS certification. Board certified or eligible in primary care specialty

Preferred: ACLS certification

Required (Minimum level of experience): Completion of clinical training


  • 1 year post completion of clinical training

  • Employment in community health center

  • Experience working with elderly population

  • Verbal and Written Skills Required to Perform the Job: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Medical Spanish

Technical Knowledge and Skills Preferred to Perform the Job: Skin biopsy, excision of skin lesions, suturing, casting, sigmoidoscopy, and phlebotomy.

This position will partner with support functions to optimize the execution of direct marketing campaigns. CORE SCOPE OF POSITION * Build data driven campaign segmentations to fully leverage system functionality and advanced analytics concepts. * Manage campaign processes and recommend enhancement opportunities for best practices specifically to efficiency and effectiveness of the campaign cycle time and optimization of the offer acceptance. * Responsible for customer segmentation of direct marketing campaigns with high level personalization. * Manage the identification in determining appropriate channels and make recommendations to management. * Develop variable content and creative in the campaign management platform and make recommendations to management. * Partner with e-mail design team to build out effective creative for campaigns, specifically as it pertains to digital customer dialogue initiatives * Provide data quality assessment of campaign workflow prior to final deployment. * Analyze campaign performance, recommend, and implement strategic changes to improve our marketing efforts. * Manage and create campaign workflows in Experiture Campaign. * Manage the vendor relationship with the direct mail vendor; send finalized direct marketing message file to selected direct mail vendor; and check electronic proofs. * Collect and verify all approvals have been satisfied prior to scheduling the campaign deployment. * Enter offer codes into direct marketing systems (Bally's CMP & Atrient) and upload offers to player accounts. * Collaborate with IT for testing and to troubleshoot issues as needed. * Maintain working knowledge of changing data access techniques and methodologies including any required query languages, computer systems and applications for database marketing. * Advise and provide consultation as a "subject matter expert" to marketing management on campaign operations functionality. * Responsible for participating in achieving Key Performance Indicators: average execution time per campaign, percentage of on-time campaigns, satisfaction scores/internal feedback, delivery rate, spam percentage, and bounce percentage; * Perform other job duties as requested. SUPERVISION * Is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. * Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
