Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues

  • Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management

  • Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing

  • Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

  • Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred

  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine

  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction

  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university

  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction

  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare

Position Title: Corporate Compliance Officer Business Unit: Compliance Reports to: Director of Corporate Compliance Position Overview: Corporate Compliance is accountable for ensuring the corporation's ongoing adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations and related internal policies and procedures. The Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO) is primarily responsible for leadership and execution of aspects of the Compliance Risk Management Program. The CCO manages a team of compliance professionals. The CCO also supports the development of advanced compliance risk analyses and the implementation of common tools, policies and procedures across the Corporate Compliance department. Primary Responsibilities: Manages a team of compliance professionals. Provides guidance (e.g., Compliance Points of Views) to business partners regarding matters of compliance risk. Conducts compliance risk assessments, monitoring and testing. Supports or conducts advanced statistical analysis to identify compliance risk trends. Communicates the results of monitoring, testing, risk assessments, advanced statistical analyses to stakeholders and ensures effective remediation plans are developed and completed. Ensures effective regulatory and program policies and procedures are developed, maintained and communicated. Participate in the regulatory examination process and coordinate Corporate Compliance's activities related to internal audits. Provides periodic reports to the Board of Directors or appropriate committee and other key stakeholders. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
