As Medical Director for the center, you will share responsibilities with the Center Leadership Team that includes onboarding, coaching, ensuring that standard workflows are followed, and clinical delivery is best in class. The Medical Director will provide clinical coverage treating patients and creating space to perform delegated Medical Director responsibilitiesSchedule: * Monday- Friday* 8am-5pm * No nights/ No weekends/ No holidaysResponsibilities* 100% center-based providing direct patient care, mentoring, leading by example, and demonstrating clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. * Work alongside full time PA-C* Collaborates under Director of Medical Operations (DMO) direction to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics, or other facets of the practice. * Works with the Center Leadership and director teams (primarily DMO and Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance that foster an environment optimal for patient care. * Maintains and leverages relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth. * Assists DMO and EA in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs * May be required to observe drug/alcohol testing of patientsQualificationsQualifications * Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties * Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction * Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institutionAdditional DataBENEFITS SUMMARY:* Bonus: Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Incentives + $15,000 Relocation Bonus!Generous Paid Time Off Package:* 24 days of regular paid vacation annually* 6 days of paid holidays annually* 6 days of paid sick time annually* 5 days of paid CME time annually * Training provided in our best-in-class Occupational Medicine Process Management Model * Competitive Compensation Package: * Annual Base Salary * Annual Director Stipend * Monthly RVU bonus opportunity * Quarterly Quality Incentive Opportunity * Medical Malpractice Coverage- Claims Based with Tail Provided * Employee Discounts to hundred of goods and services, including but not limited to:*
