Position Information

The Physician Assistant, with the supervision/direction of the Director of General Surgery/Trauma and other designated attending's, performs as an integral member of the surgical team, providing surgical/critical care/trauma patient care, including pre-and post-operative, from admission to discharge in the General Surgery/Trauma practice of WakeMed Physician Practices. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.
