Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9A – 6P (no weekends and no on-call)
Salary: Base of $140,000 -$150,000 + 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly base on KPI’s
Order Type: Permanent/Direct Hire-Full Time
On Call: N/A
Relocation: Depending on the candidate’s availability for relocation, some relocation assistance can be provided.
Centers provide occupational health services such as work-related job injury treatment,
pre-employment screens and services, and preventative services including vaccinations and flu shots at
each of its locations.
Works with every size and type of employer to treat on-the-job injuries. Staffed with occupational health specialists using state-of-the-art systems, Nova provides excellent service and delivers efficient outcomes.
Job Description:
Performs medical assessments of Center patients.
Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients.
Maintain clinical core competency.
Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards of Centers Collaboration with leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance.
Job Requirements:
DEA and/or DOT Certified
1. Diagnosing Ortho related injuries
2. Proficiency in reading x-rays
3. Proficiency in suturing
4. Treating patients with Eye Debris- loose or embedded
