• Full Time 4 day work week; 32 hours clinical 8 hours administrative Employed Average Patients seen: Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients. Call Schedule: One week up to two times per quarter Loan Repayment Compensation: - Base salary $96,000 - $137,000/yr

• The provider will have a solid understanding of patient needs and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to co-manage primary care patients. Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for or already hold an active Massachusetts license as a Physician Assistant.

• Must maintain a current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration.

• Must apply for and be granted privileges at affiliated hospital(s).

• Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.

• Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
