MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital#s Center for Successful Aging is currently seeking a full time#Physician Assistant#to join their team.# Position will be located at the Colington Retirement Community in Mitchellville, Maryland.



The ideal candidate will have the following:

Proven clinical leadership skills. Working knowledge of skilled nursing, assisted living or continuing care retirement communities preferred.

Experience establishing clinical care protocols aligned with MedStar standards for quality and patient safety. Ability to demonstrate customer service aligned with MedStar SPIRIT values. Ability to inspire MedStar SPIRIT values in a team comprised of both MedStar-employed and non-MedStar employed physicians, clinical team members, and administrative staff members.

Assist with replication of the model of care developed by the Center for Successful Aging. Willingness to work at a care location 60 miles from Baltimore on a full time basis OR to travel to a location 60 miles from Baltimore for a period of up to one year until permanent staffing for the location is identified. #div class=#fieldValueText
