This is the opportunity of choice for Primary Care Advanced Practitioners seeking an innovative, boutique style, private practice with a partnership option:

Two office location options: Choose between Darien, CT or Wilton, CT

• Schedule flexibility, between 32-40 hours per week - we will work with you to create your ideal work balance

• Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
