• 5:00pm) Job Setting:Hospital Types of Cases:ALL- no exclusions permitted Credentialing Timeframe:up to 30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR):Epic Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Active DEA, and Active State Wisconsin License required.
