This role involves providing quality care for homebound patients, focusing on symptom treatment, and improving life quality. This position caters to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering a comprehensive benefits package. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physician to offer high-quality medical care to homebound patients. The right candidate will work closely with families to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a background in primary care and geriatrics, licensed to practice in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct medical services to homebound patients, following productivity guidelines.

• Monitor patients' conditions and treatment responses.

• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all reporting requirements.

• Ensure adherence to health regulations and standards.

• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and health agencies.

• Provide educational support to staff and partake in community outreach as needed. Schedule and Shift Details: - Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, including one weekend per month.

• Requires working one summer and one winter holiday. Benefits:

• Experienced in primary care settings; geriatric experience is a plus.

• Holds an active CDS and DEA license. Additional Details: - The Physician will make house calls across Bergen County and nearby areas.

• Daily travel for 5-7 visits, with a scheduler to assist in managing appointments.

• Orientation includes 2 full weeks of training once per month.
