Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care for homebound patients. Essential Qualifications: - Doctorate degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years' primary care experience.

• Current and valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) credentials.

• New Jersey Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Preferred Qualifications: - 1 or more years of experience dealing with Senior Care, Geriatric/LTC, or Geriatric Care.

• Active NPI (National Provider Identifier) number. Position Overview:
  
  This is a full-time position demanding high standards of medical care practices while treating symptoms and augmenting the quality of life of patients and their families. Leveraging clinical primary care experience, the proficient candidate will be able to provide personalized, professional health care to the geriatric demographic. Key Obligations:
  
  The physician will be integral to our organization's mission, exhibiting excellence in all facets of their role and fostering constructive relationships within the team. They will deliver medical services and consultations to patients, constantly assessing the patient's health status and response to the treatment provided. Rigorous patient records maintenance using Electronic Medical records complying with all reporting frameworks is expected.
  
  The selected candidate is expected to adhere to the regulations of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services Ambulatory Care, ensuring conformance with guidelines from all licensing and accrediting organizations. They will act as a torchbearer of our organization, interfacing with patients, their families, other health agencies, and groups. The candidate will also participate in staff education programs and uphold the company's safety and infection control policies.
  
  They will also collaborate in community outreach programs, adhering to all regulatory guidelines. Tools: - EMR: Home Care Home Base
