POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the recruitment and retention of the medical staff to include locum tenens staffing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree preferred

• Marketing, Human Resources or a related field. Experience Requirements Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Solid negotiation capabilities preferred. Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval required. Experience with word processing and clinic software system helpful, but not required. Special Skills or Training Requirements Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize time sensitive issues. Exemplary relationship-building skills in professional environment.
