A psychiatrist is needed in Pennsylvania to specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases of the brain, emotional disturbance, and behavior problems in adults. Provide a full range of diagnostic and evaluation services appropriate to the primary care setting. Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and monitor care components. Consult with primary care physicians to support decision making, build on primary care physician interventions, and improve primary care physician to patient relationships.

You will lead other team members and coordinate workflow within the department to ensure merchandise is processed and shipped in a safe, timely, accurate manner. When not training or leading, the Group Leader will physically assist the team in material handling and merchandise processing. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead production activities in conjunction with the Supervisor * Maintain a motivating and positive presence through active associate engagement * Assign associates to specific job functions based on the production needs * Promote a culture of safety among associates by prioritizing safety protocols * Train new and existing associates * Manage and assess associate production, quality, safety, and behavior, providing feedback to the Operations Supervisor as needed * In the absence of the Operations Supervisor, resolve minor processing problems * Promote positive team relationships through effective communication and recognition * Perform production duties in assigned department as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously * Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed * Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet * Lift up to 50lbs.
