Responsibilities of the Chief Clinical Officer at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare [TVBH] in Columbus, Ohio, include, but are not limited to:

Serves as Chief Clinical Officer for hospital: develops, implements and administers goals, objectives, policies & procedures for all clinical services; considers & recommends action to Chief Executive Officer on all matters of clinical administrative nature; serves on hospital Governing Board, Executive Committee & Medical Staff; represents the agency and hospital clinically; serves as TVBH CCO on board collaborations.

Serves as Chief of Psychiatry: assigns all physicians for necessary coverage and patient care; directly supervises physician staff, clinical department heads, and medical support staff; evaluates performance; reviews applications for hire in any clinical position and makes hiring recommendation to CEO.

Provides psychiatric consultation to hospital staff (e.g., social workers, psychologists, activity therapists, etc.) as needed: participates in provision of in-service programming and plans & implements in-service programs within the clinical services/departments of the hospital; serves as clinical liaison with community-based clinical officers; maintains positive relationships to ensure continuity of care, problem-solving, collaboration, and ongoing quality of care for patients.

Major Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer: * Development and management of tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to key stakeholders throughout the organization. * Collaborate with executive leadership on the overall financial positioning of the organization: * Provide recommendations related to the overall financial health and financial growth of the organization. * Assure that accurate, timely, and useful financial information is provided to all mission lines of service and communities. * Ensure that information is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. * Oversee self-funded employee health and welfare benefit programs * Coordinate the budget process for all lines of service and communities, as well as monitoring actual variance to budget * Lead the organizational banking relationships for corporate level finance, Senior Living and Senior Services finance. Retain a high level strategic role in oversight of organizations finance of Affordable Housing communities. * Provide significant focus on cash and marketable securities, lines of credit, capital for the execution of the organization's Strategic Plan, Mission Growth, existing lender covenants, with "risk" scenario planning. * Participate and contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team as well as with the Organization's Board of Directors, and the Audit/Finance/Investment Committee and Chair. * As a member of the organizations Investment Committee/Corporation: Review projections for acquisition opportunities brought to leadership for consideration. Make recommendations regarding assumptions used in pro formas and participate in discussions regarding financial feasibility. * Coordinate with Corporate Counsel on legal entity set up and reporting. Qualifications Education: 4 Year undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA. CPA is preferred. Previous Work Experience: 15 Years Work Experience in strategic planning, accounting, underwriting and/or financial reporting. A Minimum of five (5) years of financial leadership/management experience is required.
