Position Description

This position will assist staff PT as they provide treatment and implementation of the plan of care. This position will perform duties as assigned and under supervision of physical therapists. Responsibilities include direct patient care, patient supervision and monitoring, and patient documentation.


Provides treatment services for patients referred to physical therapy based on each patients' needs in accordance with the written plan of care.
Reviews medical charts and or medical information prior to initiation of treatment.
Instructs patients and families in home programs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

HS Diploma/GED

1-3 years related experience

Supervisor Experience
No Experience

Development of supply chain strategies demands an understanding for the modern opportunities in the form of support systems, infrastructure and professional services that make up the prerequisites for the structures in a global logistics design. The local knowledge of the practical hands-on logistics and cultural features are required to ensure that the strategies will be possible to transform into reality.
