We have been serving the Bonita Springs community for over 20 years and is one of the largest outpatient physicals therapy health systems in Florida. We are looking for qualified Physical Therapy Clinical Director who want to make a difference in their community and are eager for a change of pace, more work life balance, and an opportunity to grow!

Compensation Package

• $90,000 to $100,000 Salary (Based on Experience)
• Over Time and More Patients (Optional) = More $$
• In House Certification Course Completion = $1,000 Each Up to 3 Courses

Job Responsibilities

• Full-Time Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM EST 
• Ensuring Office Success
• Maintaining a Smaller Caseload 80% Clinical Focused and 20% Administrative Focused 
• Working with Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular and Balance Patients
• Seeing Adult to Geriatric Patients
• Using WebPT Electronic Medical Record- Training Offered
• One on One Patient Care- 40 Minute Blocks
• Full Support Staff
• 100% Outpatient Opportunity

Requirements

• Florida Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong Emphasis on Leadership Experience and Being Bale to Promote Company Culture
