A current and valid PTA license granted from the state of employment Return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification Treats residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Maintain appropriate accurate records on all residents on caseload Keeps Physical Therapist and other health team members appraised of resident's progress and changes in function Modifies treatment program only under the direction of the licensed PT Shift & Wage:
