We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant

• PTA. $30 to $32.56 per hour based on experience Physical Therapy Assistant

• PTA Qualifications: New York Physical Therapy Assistant Certification required.
  
  Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program. Physical Therapy Assistant

• PTA Job Summary: Assist in the evaluation and treatment of Residents with musculoskeletal deficiencies, neurological conditions, balance disorders and transfer/gait deficiencies.
  
  Assist in the completion of all necessary documentation. Assist in assigning case load and other related tasks to physical therapy staff. Complete required documentation for residents' medical records.
  
  Record daily attendance for statistical record keeping. Assist in scheduling daily treatments. Participate in In-Service Education programs.
