Patient-Centric Approach: Say goodbye to treating 15-25 patients a day. Here, you'll dedicate quality time to an average of just 8 patients daily, providing them with the care they deserve.

We're invested in your success Aquatic & Land Therapy: We will train you in Aquatic therapy. We will work one-on-one with the patients, and you will treat a huge variety of conditions.

You will have tons of training and support. We have the most advanced equipment on land for interactive patient engagement. Qualifications We're Looking For:

A people person who wants to give the patient a better quality of life. A deep affinity for water – a must. we also offer land Therapy, and you will have a mixture. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.

State Physical Therapy licensure or the ability to obtain one soon. If you're a new grad, don't worry; we're here to guide you. Exceptional interpersonal skills, vital for connecting with our fantastic staff, patients, and physicians.

Strong organizational skills for precise documentation. Comfortable with using iPads. Responsibilities : Dive into your daily responsibilities, which include Patient Physical Therapy treatment.

Collaborate closely with therapy staff to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan. Regularly review and reassess treatment protocols. Keep meticulous records.

Lead and support staff as needed, showcasing your leadership skills. Provide top-notch customer service when engaging with patients. Participate in facility in-service activities, ensuring continuous learning and development.

Maintain our safe, clean, and welcoming facility. Be open to other learning and treatment approaches as well as responsibilities assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy. Our Fantastic Schedule: Monday from 8 am

• 6 pm Tuesday from 9 am

• 530 pm Wednesday from 7/8 -5 pm Thursday from 9 am 530 pm Friday from 7/8 - 4 pm Saturdays from 8 am
