We have a great opportunity for a Pediatric Physical Therapist that is looking to make their mark in a practice that works in close rapport with prestigious local physicians! Work with an accomplished team of clinicians that have an excellent reputation among patients and referring physicians.

This position requires a Doctorate degree from an acreddited Physical Therapy program and current licensure from the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

We are experiencing phenomenal growth and have a great opportunity at our Chester clinic for a Speech Language Pathologist that is looking to make their mark in a practice that works in close rapport with prestigious local physicians! Work with an accomplished team of clinicians that have an excellent reputation among patients and referring physicians. Some additional highlights of this position include: * Providing speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician. * Assisting patients with speech, language, oral and pharyngeal swallowing skills, cognition and their undergoing processes. * Promoting and assisting patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment. Some specific requirements needed include: * Possess comprehensive knowledge and skills in practice of speech-language pathology. * Ability to assess the needs of the patient and develop, write and implement a plan of care. * Ability to continually evaluate the patient's progress and to revise the plan of care as needed. * Deliver services in accordance with the approved plan of treatment and the plan of care. * Prepares clinical notes and progress notes. * Schedule patient services in compliance with physician orders. * Provide and/or participate in staff training programs and continuing education opportunities, assuming responsibility for own personal and professional growth. * Ability to work closely with the patient and family or support system. * Perform other responsibilities as requested by the Clinical Director. This position requires a masters degree in speech-language pathology and currently licensure from the Virginia Department of Health Professions in the area of speech-language pathology. In addition, a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association or is completing clinical fellowship year to work towards this certificate.
