Professional Growth and Development As industry leaders, we understand the value of knowledge in our chosen field. Every new therapist enters a 12-month Mentorship Program to help you become skilled in evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on functional mobility, high level assessment tools, and manual therapy. We are a collaborative team.

As part of our Mentorship Program, you will have interdisciplinary engagement with surgery observation, physician shadowing, and service line opportunities. We value continuing education . We will bring it to you internally with monthly guest MDs and hosting continuing Ed courses. We encourage you to learn externally as well.
