DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Meadow View Health and Rehab is now hiring a Physical Therapist The staff are very outgoing and friendly.

They truly care about their residents and families. I have a loved one that resides there and couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, skilled physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.

The PT screens and evaluates patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develops initial and ongoing care. are the core values for American Senior Communities.
