Physical Therapist

Join our dynamic team at Royalty Medical Solutions as a Physical Therapist and make a difference in the lives of our patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help patients improve their physical function and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient's physical abilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions to promote physical recovery and improve mobility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and home modifications to support their recovery process
• Monitor and document patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

Hours can be part-time: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm but days and hours can be extremely flexible.

Requirements

• Candidate has to have a valid and active PT license in CA.
• Experience in outpatient Ortho PT is a must. At least 5 years of experience would be great. 
• We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, fun-loving, and has a good rapport with patients.
• Passion for physical therapy is a must.
