Physical Therapist (Pt) - Rehab

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will be responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, and administering physical therapy services to patients with various injuries and disabilities. 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations 

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals 

- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination 

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed 

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue their rehabilitation at home 

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records 

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy 

- Current state license to practice as a PT 

- CPR certification 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
