Adheres to state requirements for supervision of PTAs to provide services with the highest carestandards

Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exerciseprograms; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment;recommending follow-up programs.

Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regardingpatient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapyas well as discharge summaries.

Maintains patient records confidentially.

Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.

Complies with the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulationsQualifications
