  H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Prime Living team. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.   With clinics located across multiple states, we have opportunities no matter where life takes you. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
