Schedule: Day Shift, Per-Diem, on-call position

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

• Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Or

• Ph.D. in Physical Therapy

• 1 year of experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field

• Home Health experience
