Our total incentive and development package totals $30,000. $15,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification. $8,000 sign-on bonus for clinical professionals $5,000 additional bonus for the completion of a residency or manual therapy certification $15,000 towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion We pay your student loan lender directly, before taxes.
