Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value based care and evidence based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida Important Notices:
