Physical Therapist (Per-Diem)

Evaluates, treats, and educates patients to detect, assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, movement dysfunction, bodily malfunction and pain from injury, disease and any other bodily and mental conditions; helps patient reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. Performs duties in support of the Crozer-Keystone Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Age range of patient population served: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric. This position indirectly supervises Rehab Aides, volunteers, and students.

Education and Training:

Bachelor#s or master#s degree in physical therapy required from an accredited School or the equivalent.# # Registration, Licensure and/or Certification:# PA Licensure or Licensure eligibility.# Driver#s license.# CPR.
