Physical Therapist (Per-Diem)

Evaluates, treats and educates patients to detect, assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, movement dysfunction, bodily malfunction and pain from injury, disease and any other bodily and mental conditions; helps patient reach his maximum performance and independence in home and society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Improves quality and consistency of patient care by supervising and training staff to ensure appropriate treatment planning and goal direction within the scope of physical therapy. This position serves appropriate pediatric, adult and geriatric referrals. Bachelor#s or master#s degree in Physical Therapy required.# 1 year of general experience within the field and additional training with emphasis in acute care/rehab. 1 year experience in Home Care preferred. PA Licensure or Licensure eligibility. Driver#s license.# CPR. Good interpersonal skills required Mandated and Permissive Reporter Training Required#
