Physical Therapist--Part Time

Birmingham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center East is looking to hire a part-time Physical Therapist to provide patient centered Physical Therapy for patients in our long-term care facilities in Birmingham, AL.

This Physical Therapy position offers a very competitive hourly wage for the region commensurate with experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a Physical Therapist at a long-term care facility, you arrive each day happy to work for a practice that gives you the time and support to get real results for your patients. You love the collaborative spirit at Birmingham Nursing and Rehab East where you have ample opportunities to learn and develop into a better therapist. You use your knowledge of developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents to plan and deliver the best individualized care for each of your patients whether challenged with orthopedic issues, neurological diseases, or complex medical conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHYSICAL THERAPIST

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Physical Therapy license

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
