Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours/week. Day/evening shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

• Outpatient Neurology (PT) to: Provide consultative and rehabilitative services to individuals with conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, movement disorders and vestibular disorders.
  
  Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care. Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others. Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Work Experience: Preferred

• Two (2) years prior relevant experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
