Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to promote optimal recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications: Licensure: Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 6 months of hire, unless exempted by department leadership. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Skills: Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
