Overview:

Due to growth, Momentum Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Gillette, WY. Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered. 40 hours per week are available.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, sports, and pre and post-operative patients along with many types of fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention. The clinic is primarily general orthopedics. Each clinician has a niche. Momentum Physical Therapy is able to support PTs in their passion areas. The PT hired should expect to see 60 patients per week, if full-time.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate empathic team player with skills in manual therapy. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open 7 am- 7 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and from 7 am- 12 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The schedule is flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits:

A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $72,800. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, continuing education (up to $3,000 per year), mentoring, paid time off, paid holidays, a retirement plan, and other perks.

Job Requirements:

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).

Eligible for Wyoming state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

Prior experience is not required. New Grad PTs are welcome.

Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction.
