Overview:

Body Mechanics Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a staff-level role at an over 20-year-old established and successful practice in Milwaukee, WI. 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30+ hours of availability per week will also be considered.

Our experienced staff has gained a phenomenal reputation in the area by adhering to our core values of optimism, confidence, and commitment to our patients. We plan to further improve our service offerings and team effectiveness with the addition of an on-site director who shares our values and desires to help more patients resolve their limitations in work, sport, recreation, and hobbies from musculoskeletal issues and pain.

Physical Therapists at Body Mechanics enjoy 45-60 minute sessions with clients in private treatment rooms as well as open gym space with typical equipment available as well as an AlterG Antigravity treadmill. No aides are utilized, and therapists are supported by mature top-notch front desk administrators.

PTs also enjoy treatment autonomy, schedule flexibility, mentorship and consultation with colleagues, and support to perform the highest level of quality patient care and relationship development.

Qualifications:

Open to PTs of all experience levels, including new grad PTs.

PTs with a background in athletic training and/or manual therapy and/or dry needling are preferred.

Work Schedule:

PTs typically have a schedule of two days a week from 7:30 am until 3:30pm and two days a week from 9am until 6pm. The clinic is open from 8am until 1pm on Fridays. There is some flexibility in work schedule based on the preference of the candidate hired.  

The actual work schedule will be mutually determined later in the process. The clinic is closed weekends / holidays. You will enjoy an excellent work / life balance!

Caseload:

The caseload is primarily general outpatient orthopedics – all ages. Within this role, you will perform one-on-one patient care. No Aides. Patient appointments are 45-60 minutes. The PT hired would see approximately 6-8 patients a day or 85% productivity.  

Pay Range:

$68,000 to $85,000. Compensation is based on productivity with an expectation of 85% utilization. There is incentive pay available based on clinic performance.

As part of the comprehensive benefits package, the PT hired will enjoy $500 per year in continuing education reimbursement. Additional CEU funds are available with approval.

Job Requirements:

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Or Equivalent Standing).

Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Open to all experience levels, including new grad PTs. 

Full-time availability is required. Candidates with 30+ hours of availability per week will be considered.
